PRBee End User License Agreement

Copyright (c) 2026 PRBee. All rights reserved. Last updated October 27, 2026.

By installing, opening or using PRBee ("the Software") you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. License. PRBee grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on computers you own or control, for your own work and your organisation's. The license is free for a trial period of 30 days from the Software's first start. After that it requires a paid subscription and its license key, which runs the Software on no more machines at once than the number stated when you buy it.

2. Restrictions. Unless PRBee has given you its prior written permission, you may not, and may not let or ask anyone or anything else, including an AI assistant or coding agent, to:

  1. decompile, disassemble, decrypt or otherwise reverse engineer the Software, or try to derive its source code, its prompts, or how it works inside;
  2. get around, remove, disable or weaken any technical protection in it, including its license check, its integrity check and the encryption of its prompts, or run it past its trial without a valid license key;
  3. copy, extract, publish or share its code, prompts, or any part of them;
  4. modify it, or use it or any part of it to build a derivative, competing or similar product;
  5. rent, sell, sublicense or redistribute it, or offer it as a service to others;
  6. share a license key with others, or use one on more machines than it allows;
  7. remove or change this agreement, its notices or its copyright lines.

These restrictions apply except where the law where you live allows the act and cannot be overridden by contract, and then only as far as that law allows.

3. Ownership. The Software, its code and its prompts are and stay the property of PRBee, which owns all rights in them. You get a license to use the Software, not the Software itself, and no right to change it. This agreement grants no other right, express or implied.

4. Subscription and payment. Subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, invoices and sales tax as the reseller; its terms apply to the purchase. A subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel it, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it; the free trial is there to try the Software first. PRBee may change its prices for future periods after giving notice. When a subscription ends, or its key is refunded or revoked, the Software stops starting new jobs; what it has already stored stays readable.

5. Your data. The Software runs on your computer. PRBee receives none of your code, repositories or data, and the Software sends PRBee nothing about you or your use of it. It works through the tools you sign in to yourself (git, GitHub's gh, and your AI coding agent's CLI); what they send, and to whom, is governed by your agreements with those providers. The update check downloads a list of builds from prbee.dev and sends nothing else; it can be turned off. Once a license key is added, the Software sends that key and the machine's name to Lemon Squeezy when it is activated and about once a day after, to check that it is still valid.

6. No warranty. The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing what it, and the AI agent it runs, does to your repositories.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, PRBee is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, code or profits, arising from the Software.

8. Termination. This license ends automatically if you break it. You must then stop using the Software and delete it.

9. Changes. PRBee may update this agreement; the current version is at https://prbee.dev/terms. Questions about it go to support@prbee.dev.
