Who we are

PRBee makes the PRBee app and runs prbee.dev. Write to support@prbee.dev about anything on this page.

The app

PRBee runs on your computer. We receive none of your code, repositories, reviews or settings, and the app sends us nothing about you or how you use it. It reaches GitHub and your AI agent's provider through the tools you sign in to yourself; what those send is governed by your agreements with them. Two requests leave the app on their own: the update check, which downloads the list of builds from prbee.dev and sends nothing with it (Settings can turn it off), and, once you add a license key, the license check, which sends that key and your machine's name to Lemon Squeezy when it is activated and about once a day after.

Analytics on this website

prbee.dev uses Google Analytics to count visits: the pages viewed, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* for that. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland these cookies are only set after you accept them; elsewhere they are on until you decline. Change your choice at any time with Cookie settings. Google keeps this data for no more than 14 months. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any data.

Server logs

Like most websites, prbee.dev keeps standard access logs of the requests it serves: IP address, time, the file asked for, the referring page and the browser's user agent. This includes downloads, the install command and the app's update check. We use them to count installs and to keep the site working, and delete them after 90 days.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. It shares with us the name, email address, country and order details of each purchase, which we use to provide the license and support. We never see card details.

Email

When you write to an @prbee.dev address, the message is stored for 30 days on Amazon Web Services and forwarded to our support inbox, where it is kept as long as needed to answer you.

Support form

The form on the support page sends us your name, email address, app version and message, along with your IP address and browser's user agent to keep out abuse. We keep it on Amazon Web Services for one year and send a copy to our support inbox to answer you.

Who processes data for us

Amazon Web Services (hosting, logs, email and support tickets), Google (analytics) and Lemon Squeezy (payments and licenses). They may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards for such transfers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by writing to support@prbee.dev. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK you also have the right to object to its use and to complain to your data protection authority. Analytics runs on your consent there or on our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used elsewhere; purchase data is used to perform the contract.

Children

PRBee and this website are not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
